Tonight's venue is conveniently located right across the road from the beautiful Art Deco Hotel Deca where we stay and when I return they're putting up our name on the old style American tiled cinema sign out front. Alas the day takes a darker turn as word filters through about the shooting in Las Vegas closely followed by the news of Tom Petty.
