"Today we're remembering a magical night at Shepherds Bush Empire in London on December 31st 2004. Was it really 16 years ago? How did that happen? We invited two of our favourite bands, The Concretes from Stockholm and a new London based quartet called The Magic Numbers, to open up for us and our friends Andy Votel and Robin Turner DJ'ed into the wee small hours. There was a lot of love in the room that night and shortly after the clock struck 12 - following a mad bagpiped Auld Lang Syne - all three bands joined together for a rousing rendition of The Zombies This Will Be Our Year.
